Upoun my arrival at The Last Resort crossing the bridge, I Stated "Nevermind I'm not jumping". Not a stir from me all night over drinks & laughs. Not even the next morning at breakfast over eggs & nepali-style hash brown, completely ignoring "They need the count for our group, You're not jumping?" Instead i was busy mentally making up my mind on spending the rest of my day chilling in the plunge pool with Deena, working on my current favourite past~time "Doing Nothing", It was not untill, i saw cutie & my couz getting prepped; lace shoes, leaving watches & cell phone behind in our tents that I decided i was going to jump. Quickly got out of my F21 pj's into black tights & comfy white tee with mum's borrowed kicks. I was going to jump. Now or Never. . . Lightest weight goes first 40Kg's anyone? None? 41. My timid voice. me. Lucky girl. First Jumper. Uhm.. not feeling that lucky..Seriously.... On comes hooks safety harness, last minute instructions.. cheers, hoots from fellow jumpers, camerman on my face...Bungy Master whispers out loud.. One, (suddenly i'm calm) Two Bungy. Falling & Falling.....

Forget Time. My Days are Flying by!

Its the 21st already!! Time. Pause. Busy. Meeting Cutie's cousin, my cousin haven't got a chane to squeeze in friends yet. Dinner here lunch there. I'm sorry can't do lunch so&so is taking us that day. By the looks of it we may need a vacation from our vacation. All that eating out is making me pack on the pounds. Papa's going to be real pleased! He keeps insisting that i look like a Tiny Mouse! Spend the day going to temples, eating divine newari cuisine. On my third cup of latte in thamel. Next stop more food. Korean BBQ. Famished!

Touch Down

Feels unreal that i'm here yet it feels like i never left. Delhi is a Scorching 100 degrees! Feels wonderful seeing Papa after almost 4 years. Started the day with Fresh Squeezed Tangerine juice, a good friend of papa bought home cooked Kashmiri meal for lunch, Divine! He was a character from a classic novel, a businessman who recited self written poetry & said "Khush Raho"(stay happy) instead of bye. Spend the rest of the day shopping at the mall & picked a few stuffs at Forever21, LaSenza & MAC cosmetics. I know, I'm still shopping here for american goods & paying more. lol. Its just that it happens to be a sunday & all the Bazzars are closed only malls. Plus mum insisted that i check it out "You get everything here". True. Occasional mourning for my lost phone. oui, i lost my iphone! i feel crippled!

But on a more positive note road trip coming soon until then shopping for ethnic jewelry & spending quality time with papa, mum& cutie.

Popsicles for Meal!

Its A Sauna here in New York!!!!Last minute shopping in Soho, Going away dinner with friends&family, a pending tooth extraction, & PACKING! ughhh packing can be such a torture! seriously picking wardrobe for a month! I have piles of I'm Sure, Ifs & Maybes and thats just clothes! I had decided on taking 5 pairs of shoes, but could only narrow it to 12. Cutie had to sort out & pick 5 by a proccess we call "elimination of importance". lol. More last minute purchases, passport copies, hopefully cuite&i can squeeze in that Mani&Pedi.
