Make Up by Me

Oui! Oui! Oui! the makeup artist in this shoot was me!

I've always enjoyed applying makeup, not just on myself but friends, sisters, Aunts, waitresses at the resturant i use to bartend at. But this was my first real professional gig. It was a delightful experience to work with faces, with an entirely different set of features. You know cause usually i'm doing makeup only on asian faces.

Theme: "Spring in New York"

So it was all about the vibrant spring palettes. Fushcia & Coral lips, vibrant eye shadows, colors that scream spring, fun, fun! The models were both very beautiful. Sabrina the model below was a stunner almost 6ft after her heels & got confused for Rihanna by onlookers. Merrisa the model up top, was a natural beauty. She had the most amazingly beautiful skin. I was not suprised when I found out she didn't own any foundation, the girl didn't need any!!! Also she had a set of "To Die for Eyelashes" long, full, fluttery, that looked like eyelash extensions after just one application of mascara! envy!!!!!

It's the second time i'm working with Claudio & his wife Merline. The first time i had modelled for their beauty abstract look. Although i've worked only twice with them, i can tell you with complete certainty that they are good people. Your "Ideal Modern Day Couple" technology savvy, super creative, dependent yet independent & in Love. I've been offered to do another gig for them, BIG SMILEY FACE".
